We are in need of some items for our Makerspace that will be located in the library.  Please see the attached document for a list of needed items.

Lifetouch Photo Orders

We have been informed by Lifetouch that in order to receive your photo orders prior to winter break, orders will need to be received by Lifetouch on or before Tuesday, December 12.  Any orders they receive after this date will be shipped after winter break.  All orders are shipped to the school and will be promptly distributed to students upon arrival.

Digital Decodable Books for home use

Welcome to the CBE Digital Decodable Library webpage. This resource has been developed to provide access to digital versions of decodable reading materials for CBE teachers and families. These digital offerings support both our understanding of decodable books and provide opportunities for beginning readers to access these reading materials at home and school. The materials will continue to be updated as the library evolves over time. The updates and improvements will be on-going, so please check back often! https://sites.google.com/educbe.ca/cbe-decodable-digital-library?utm_source=Link-Online&utm_medium=Newsletter&utm_campaign=Link-Online-Nov-30-2023-Digital-Decodable-Library

U R Strong

If you have not signed up for a U R Strong membership, please click on the following link: FREE Parent Membership.  This program is being implemented school wide and there are many resources that can help you when your child is having friendship issues.

Fiery Friendships: Friendship Fact #1 reminds our students that no friendship (or relationship) is perfect. It’s very normal to have conflict in a friendship (Friendship Fires!) and also very normal that some friendships are little ‘fiery’ than others. Here’s an article with lots of tips to support your child in a high-conflict friendship. (click on underlined link above).
